- Re-stretch: from $149 a room, $449 whole house up to 3 bedrooms (excl GST)
- Patch repair (pet damage, burns, stains): from $169
- Seam and doorway repairs: from $149
- Most repairs take 1–3 hours
- Rental carpet replacement for landlords and property managers, measured and fixed-quoted
Most damaged carpet does not need replacing. A rippled room can be stretched tight again in an hour, and a chewed corner or a cigarette burn can be patched with an offcut from inside a wardrobe so it blends in. For a rental between tenants, that is often the difference between a few hundred dollars and a few thousand.

Repair or replace?
- Repair when the damage is in one or two spots, the carpet has rippled, or a seam has split. The rest of the carpet still looks fine.
- Replace when traffic areas are worn through, stains are spread across the room, the underlay has crumbled, or there is nothing left to patch from.
Not sure? Send photos of the damage and a wide shot of the room, and we tell you which makes sense.
Carpet just looks tired? A professional carpet clean from $50 a room often brings it back first.
For landlords and property managers
Carpet damage is one of the most common bond disputes at the end of a tenancy. We repair pet damage, burns and ripples between tenants, clean the carpets in the same visit if you need it, and send an itemised GST invoice with before and after photos for the owner or the bond claim.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much does carpet repair cost in Auckland?
Re-stretching from $149 a room or $449 for a whole house up to three bedrooms. Patch repairs from $169, seam repairs from $149. Send a photo and we confirm a fixed price. Prices exclude GST.
Why is my carpet rippling?
Usually it was not stretched tight enough when it was laid, or it has loosened over time from heavy furniture, humidity or tired underlay. A power stretcher pulls it tight again and removes the trip hazard.
Can you fix pet damage or a burn?
Yes. We cut out the damaged piece and fit a matching patch, usually from inside a wardrobe, with the pile running the same way. Once the pile settles it is hard to spot.
Is repairing cheaper than replacing?
For damage in one or two spots, ripples or a split seam, by a long way. Replacement makes sense when large areas are worn through or the underlay has failed.
Do you replace carpet in rental properties?
Yes, for landlords and property managers. We measure, quote a hard-wearing range suited to tenanted homes, uplift the old carpet and take it away.
