Prime Life Home is an Auckland home-services business. Instead of you chasing down a different tradesperson for every job, you make one call — painting, cleaning, house washing, gutters, garage flooring, TV antennas, carpet — and we send an experienced local professional who does it properly.
We work with a network of experienced local tradespeople. Licensed trades carry current registration, and we ask all contractors to hold public liability cover. We handle the scheduling and the quality check so you don't have to. If you're not happy with the result, we come back and put it right — that's the deal on every job.

Our whole team is bilingual. Booking a tradesperson in a second language is stressful — misread a quote or a scope and it costs you. So we take enquiries and give quotes in both English and Chinese, and we make sure you understand exactly what's included before anyone starts work.
Straight pricing, no games
Every service on this site lists a clear starting price, and for larger jobs we give you a fixed quote before we start — not a vague hourly rate that balloons on the day. Bond cleaning starts from a set price by property size; painting is quoted per square metre; gutters by storey. You know the number before you commit.
Our guarantee
If you are not happy with the work, tell us within 48 hours and we will come back to put it right at no charge. For bond cleans, if the property manager flags cleaning issues at the final inspection, we re-clean those areas free of charge. A guarantee with clear boundaries is one we can actually stand behind.
