How often should I wash my house in Auckland?

What is the difference between soft wash and pressure wash?
Soft washing uses low pressure plus a biodegradable solution to kill mould and algae at the root — safer for painted surfaces and weatherboard. Pressure washing is higher pressure and better suited to concrete driveways and brick. We assess your home and choose the right method.
Will house washing damage my paint?
Not if done correctly. We use appropriate pressure for each surface type — soft wash on painted cladding, higher pressure on concrete. If we notice paint that's already flaking, we'll flag it before starting so you can decide whether to repaint first.
